1. Use [SOP] to standardize the basic work

It is good to apply SOP to self-improvement combined with work. There is a perspective on one’s promotion that is “always focused on value”.
This value, in the work, has two most prominent points: one is how to plan and arrange so as to have the greatest value to the company’s business development, and the other is how to arrange the most valuable to oneself. In a perfect world, companies can think about amplifying the value of their employees, and employees can combine self-worth with the company’s business development.
2. Use [cases] to learn mature solutions
This can be used by most people who work on the Internet, product function iteration, UI design, operation planning, building a technical framework, etc. Most of them have mature things worthy of our reference.
The core of a company is growth and realization. Most of the various growth models and methods of realization are there. Based on the [case] to think about which one is most suitable for the current enterprise and product situation, in terms of effect and efficiency, it is often twice the result with half the effort.
In the actual business development process, a “case” can be a successful event, excellent team configuration management, what key decisions someone has made to make the business run, and so on.
